Regardless of what you use on each animal, it sounds as though your home is infested as well.
It's important to make certain that you not only care for the animals, but rid your house of them as well. Most likely fogging is going to be necessary. You might consider investing in a ''yard'' treatment as well, just to get them under control. Then ...

From your post, it sounds as if when she is playing you are not interacting with her? Is that correct? You have a great opportunity to integrate her love for her toys with obedience. Give her ''scheduled'' playtime with you, and remember nothing in life is free. Make her work for each and every toy,and while this may not be fun in your mind, it's ...

You didn't provide specific scenarios, which makes it harder to offer specific details, so I'm going to offer some general advice here.
Puppies need leadership and guidance the ENTIRE time they are developing. There is no better time then to instill the rules, boundaries and limitations then right NOW!

First, a 14 week puppy probably should NOT be walking that long of distances, in my opinion. This type of physical exercise can be hard on the developmental of your dog. Short, more frequent walks, would be better.
She also is very young to be on a leash performing as much as you would like her to. This age needs a ton of guidance. Perhaps work ...

''Jobs'' in my opinion are things that stimulate both the mental and physical of the dog. It sounds like your dog needs mental stimulation.
When you are playing ''chuck it'' for example, do you make her sit before you throw it? There are many ways to stimulate your dog's mind even in play. Agility is definitely a great option, however, simple ...

Hank,
Try adding a meal a little later in the evening, around 8:00 ish. Make sure you take him out before bedtime. And try and nighttime walk as well. At 3 months old he may still need 3 meals a day. This does NOT mean increase the amount you feed him, just the times. Some puppies require more feedings then twice daily.
I would not allow him to ...

Chansen,
It's difficult to thoroughly assess Whisker's behavior without reading his body language.
How is his tail when he's barking?
Is he jumping up and down, spinning circles, or otherwise excited, or is he standing still and barking?
My first reaction is to say it's anxiety, but without a little more information, it's hard to say ...

Tammy,
Thank you for your direction. Would hate to see people miss a chance to speak with Cesar Millan.

It's important to remember that different countries have different problems. In the U.S. we have a HUGE overpopulation problem, stemming mainly from irresponsible breeding and pet ownership...period!
The hobby/backyard/puppy mill epidemic, unfortunately is growing rather then diminuishing here in the states. Some states have toughened their ...

Andrea,
Many do not want their names or businesses shown because some cut and paste and post to other websites without permission. The Yahoo Groups had a huge problem with that for awhile. I forget the ''cyberworld'' term for it, but it's serious.
It made me more aware to watch what I say! lol
